Curtis Lindsey embarked on his career in the civil construction business, leading Lindsey Construction to become a prominent force in major earthwork, drainage, and grading projects across the Houston area for over 35 years. What began as a hobby 25 years ago of buying and selling land, soon evolved into a passion of revitalizing underutilized, neglected properties and transforming them into valuable community assets. The Lindsey team has successfully redeveloped numerous projects throughout Montgomery County. Although Mr. Lindsey decided to close the chapter on civil construction, the future of real estate development looks exceedingly promising. Teaming up with his son Noble, the Lindsey family of companies remains steadfast in their pursuit of new opportunities and embracing future challenges in the industry. Together, they are committed to leaving a positive and lasting impact on the world of real estate development. Lindsey Commercial Properties is a fully integrated firm, capable of handling construction management, development, leasing, property management and property sales. Since 2010, Lindsey has developed approximately $200MM of commercial projects.
